Los avalúos elaborados con los procedimientos señalados en este Decreto no se aplicarán para la determinación del valor de bienes inmuebles en casos de compraventa, permuta o donación en que sean parte las entidades públicas, eventos en los cuales se aplicarán las disposiciones sobre el particular contenidas en el Decreto-ley 222 de 1983.
