Para una mejor prestación de servicios de Policía Administrativa en los territorios municipales, la Policía Cívica Local, tendrá las siguientes modalidades; Policía Cívica Local meramente administrativa que incluye la Policía Cívica Juvenil, Policía Cívica Local como actividad Pública y Policía Cívica como servicio militar obligatorio para bachilleres en la Policía Nacional.
