° Las fábricas de elaboración de sales construidas por particulares dentro de las zonas prohibidas en las salinas de Cundinamarca, de que tratan los artículos 6º del decreto número 509 de 1886 y 9º del decreto número 791 de 1900, podrán continuar funcionando. Siempre que, como las demás fábricas de propiedad particular, se sometan a la inspección del Gobierno, conforme a los reglamentos que se hayan dictado o se dicten sobre la materia.
