Solicitud de tarjeta. El ingeniero naval o profesional afín que aspire a obtener su tarjeta profesional, deberá presentar ante el consejo seccional de su jurisdicción, el respectivo formulario de solicitud debidamente diligenciado, adjuntando la documentación que acredite su idoneidad profesional en la especialidad. El Consejo Nacional elaborará los formularios de solicitud, en los cuales se indicarán los requisitos y documentos legales que se deben adjuntar.
