º A partir del 1º de enero de 1986 reajustase en un veintidós por ciento (22%) el incremento de salario por antigüedad que venían percibiendo algunos funcionarios del Departamento Nacional de Planeación en virtud de lo dispuesto en los Decretos extraordinarios 1046 y 1515 de 1978, 271 de 1983 y 143 de 1985. Si al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo, resultaren centavos, se desecharán.
