Art. 3.° El actual Administrador entregará al Inspector, bajo inventario, todos los muebles pertenecientes a la oficina de su cargo, i las existencias, tanto en dinero como en sal, que tenga en su poder. Este inventario se formará por duplicado para enviar un ejemplar a la Secretaria de Hacienda i Fomento i conservar el otro en la oficina del Inspector.
