Artículo tercero. Para que el pago efectuado de conformidad con las disposiciones de los artículos anteriores, tenga plena validez, se requerirá que el arrendatario de aviso de la consignación efectuada, al arrendador o a su representante legal, mediante comunicación postal o telegráfica debidamente certificada, dentro de un término no mayor de cinco (5) días, contados a partir de la fecha de la consignación.
