Los recursos de que trata el presente Decreto se percibirán por parte del Territorio indígena que se pone en funcionamiento, sin perjuicio de los recursos que el Departamento de La Guajira, los municipios u otras entidades de derecho público deben invertir en dicho territorio.

Garantía De Inversión Territorial
Decreto 482 de 2025 · por el cual se establece el régimen transitorio, se dictan normas fiscales y demás necesarias y se imparten instrucciones a las entidades del Gobierno nacional para la puesta en funcionamiento, con fines político-administrativos del territorio indígena de la Zona Norte Extrema de la Alta Guajira (Wuinpumüin).
