- Recibido el título o documento en la oficina de registro, se procederá a su radicación en el Libro Diario radicador, con indicación de la fecha y hora de recibo, número de orden sucesivo anual, naturaleza del título, fecha, oficina y lugar de origen. A quien lo presente para su registro se le dará constancia escrita del recibo, fecha, hora y número de orden; circunstancias que igualmente se anotarán tanto en el ejemplar que será devuelto al interesado, como en la copia destinada al archivo de la oficina.
