° El Régimen de administración de personal de los trabajadores oficiales de las empresas industriales y comerciales del Sistema se regirá por el Código Sustantivo del Trabajo; no obstante, dichas empresas deberán adoptar los principios básicos del Estatuto y su Reglamento, en lo relativo a clasificación y valoración de cargos, selección de personal y calificación de servicios.
