Art. 11. El viático de regreso de las Senadores, representantes, Diputados y Comisarios, que no estén domiciliados en la capital de la Republica, se causa á su favor aunque durante el receso del Congreso permanezcan en la misma capital, teniendo en este caso igual derecho al viático señalado por la ley para su vuelta á las próximas sesiones del Congreso, si están dentro del periodo para que fueron elegidos.
