Objeto. FONDEG tiene por objeto, administrar los recursos provenientes del impuesto de ingreso a la mercancía, previsto en el artículo 18 de la Ley 677 de 2001. Los recursos que ingresarán a FONDEG corresponden únicamente al Impuesto de Ingreso a la Mercancía de que habla el artículo 18 de la Ley 677 de 2001, los cuales serán administrados y destinados en la forma prevista en dicha ley.
