º. Prima de carabinero . El personal de nivel ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional, que ostente la especialidad de carabinero o policía rural y preste sus servicios en las áreas reglamentadas como tales por la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, tendrá derecho a una prima mensual de carabinero equivalente al cinco por ciento (5%) del sueldo básico. Esta prima no tiene carácter salarial para ningún efecto.
