Comunicaciones. Los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada que utilicen medios de comunicación deben cumplir las disposiciones del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, en lo relativo a asignación de frecuencias y licencias para operar.

No obstante, los equipos de comunicaciones deberán registrarse ante la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada.

Los equipos de comunicaciones, únicamente podrán ser utilizados en las actividades propias de la vigilancia privada.
