Art. 6.° Los individuos privados de la facultad de litigar que contravengan á la prohibición, ó que de cualquier modo intervengan en los procesos indirectamente dirigiendo ó aconsejando á las partes, sufrirán la pena de dos meses á un año de arresto. En la misma pena incurrirán los que se presten á que con su firma litiguen individuos inhabilitados.
