º. Los Administradores de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, bajo cuya responsabilidad se encuentren mercancías de similares características a aquellas que ordenen devolver, estarán en la obligación de ordenar su entrega, siempre que tengan situación jurídica definida, aunque en su jurisdicción no exista dependencia encargada de su almacenamiento.
