Los individuos que personalmente se dediquen a hacer pequeñas explotaciones de productos forestales como ipecacuana, canime, resina de algarrobo, caucho, etc., podrán llevarse a cabo mediante permisos anuales que obtengan del Alcalde del Municipio dentro del cual se halle ubicado el bosque explotable, antes de emprender la explotación, si se comprometen a dar cuenta de los productos extraídos y a pagar los impuestos correspondientes.- Dichos impuestos serán cubiertos en la oficina de Recaudación de Hacienda Nacional del respectivo Municipio, y no serán mayores que los señalados para las explotaciones en grande escala.
