Los estudios de la estación de radiodifusión sonora deberán estar ubicados en el Municipio o Distrito para el cual se otorga la concesión del servicio, sin perjuicio de que el concesionario pueda modificar su ubicación libremente dentro de dicho Municipio o Distrito, notificando por escrito previamente al Ministerio de Comunicaciones, la nueva ubicación de los estudios.
