ARTICULO 1.2.0.4.5 . INCOMPATIBILIDADES E INHABILIDADES ESPECIALES EN LAS SOCIEDADES DE SERVICIOS TECNICOS O ADMINISTRATIVOS CONSTITUIDAS COMO FILIALES. Los administradores y representantes legales de las sociedades de servicios técnicos o administrativos, constituidas como filiales de entidades sometidas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, no podrán ser al propio tiempo administradores o representantes legales del establecimiento matriz. No obstante podrán formar parte de su junta directiva los administradores de la matriz.
