º. Comités deportivos municipales . Los clubes deportivos municipales podrán crear comités deportivos cuando en un mismo municipio existan varios clubes deportivos de un solo deporte, sin perjuicio de que el ente deportivo municipal propicie su creación. No se constituirán comités deportivos municipales en que el organismo departamental del deporte asociado correspondiente tenga su domicilio.
