Plazos Para El Desarrollo De Los Planes De Cumplimiento

Decreto 3930 de 2010 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el Título I de la Ley 9ª de 1979, así como el Capítulo II del Título VI -Parte III- Libro II del Decreto-ley 2811 de 1974 en cuanto a usos del agua y residuos líquidos y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Plazos para el desarrollo de los Planes de Cumplimiento . Los plazos que podrán concederse para el desarrollo de planes de cumplimiento, para cada una de las etapas, son los siguientes

Primera etapa: Hasta tres (3) meses.

Segunda etapa: Hasta doce (12) meses

Tercera etapa: Hasta tres (3) meses
