Articulo 3º . De la protección a la industria del transporte marítimo . Las normas sobre Protección y fomento de la marina mercante nacional y de la Flota Auxiliar de la Armada Nacional que concedan a sus buques un derecho mínimo de participación (reserva de carga) en el transporte de la carga que se importa o exporta, son de forzoso cumplimiento en los contratos a que se refiere el presente Decreto.
