El personal de las Reservas Naval Principal, Secundaria y Voluntaria, llamado al servicio de la Armada por razones de movilización o servicio temporal, tendrá Estado Naval Militar de actividad, desde el día señalado para su presentación hasta el día de su licenciamiento.
