Cuando uno de los hechos de que tratan losArtículos anteriores, se cometa con amenaza contra la vida, a mano armada, o por varias personas, de las cuales una sola esté ostensiblemente armada, o por varios enmascarados, o si el hecho se comete por medio de actos que afecten la libertad personal, la reclusión será de tres a diez años.
