Art. 5.° Los individuos que hayan consignado íntegramente la cuota que se les asignó en la distribución del empréstito referido, tendrán derecho á que te les devuelva en billetes del Banco Nacional la soma consignada, siempre que paguen un diez por ciento más en monedas de plata sobre dicha cuota En este caso, la suma en billetes que se les devuelva comprenderá también dicho diez por ciento.
