° Si por laguna circunstancia se extraviare una remesa total o parcialmente, su valor total, en el primer caso, o la cantidad extraviada, en el segundo, quedará en la cuenta dinero en vía , sí fue en dinero, o en la de documentos en vía, si fue en documentos, hasta que se reconozca el resultado de la investigación correspondiente.
