- Equipos de empresas de servicio público . Modificase el Artículo 23 de la Ley 336 de 1.996, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 23 . Las empresas habilitadas para la prestación del servicio público de transporte deberán hacerlo con equipos que cumplan con las especificaciones y requisitos técnicos establecidos en las normas aplicables para cada modo de transporte."
