Cuando las contribuciones se distribuyeren total o parcialmente con base en un presupuesto de obras no ejecutadas, deberá incluirse una partida para imprevistos en el cálculo de costos por el porcentaje que correspondiere, teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza de las obras y los costos crecientes futuras razonablemente proyectadas sin perjuicio de los reajustes a que hubiere lugar
