° Suprímese el empleo de Administrador de Correos de Cisneros, Departamento de Antioquia, creado por el artículo 1.° del Decreto Ejecutivo número 738 de fecha 22 de Agosto próximo pasado, y asígnanse sus funciones á la Oficina Telegráfica de dicho lugar. Artículo 2. ° Créase el puesto de Ayudante de la Oficina Telegráfica de Cisneros del mismo Departamento.
