Cada operación de canje de certificados de cambio por giros en moneda extranjera, que se lleve a cabo de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 40 de la presente Ley, causará un impuesto de giros del 10% pagaderos en dólares de los Estados Unidos de América de libre negociación en el mercado.
