Cuando se ha estipulado el pacto de retroventa, y el vendedor quiere hacer uso de él, ocurre al Juez para dar el aviso de que trata el artículo 1943 del Código Civil, y pedir que se requiera al comprador para que le otorgue oportunamente la escritura en la Notaria respectiva.
