Por su parte el Departamento del Huila, de acuerdo con sus recursos presupuéstales, destinará la parte que le corresponde conforme a la cesión establecida en el artículo 1° de la presente Ley, a la realización de sus propios programas inherentes a la Secretaría de Agricultura y Ganadería del aludido Departamento, con miras a la futura proyección de una Facultad de Agronomía y Veterinaria, la cual será auspiciada por la Nación.
