Los estatutos determinaran el quórum necesario para deliberar y adoptar decisiones; en ausencia de tal previsión, las reuniones se efectuarán con la asistencia de la mitad mas uno de los delegados y las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría. A toda reunión de la Asamblea General deberá citarse al Promotor Local de Acción Comunal de la Dirección General de Integración y Desarrollo de la Comunidad del Ministerio de Gobierno, o en su defecto al Promotor Departamental de la misma Dirección.
