°. Consolidación de la información. La información obtenida por la Autoridad Ambiental Competente será digitalizada y consolidada por esta en una base de datos que permita su transferencia al Sistema de Información del Recurso Hídrico, SIR H, según el protocolo definido por el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial.

Parágrafo

El Ideam tendrá un término de seis (6) meses, contados a partir de la publicación de este decreto, para suministrar el soporte técnico con base en el cual el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial expedirá el acto administrativo mediante el cual se adoptará el respectivo protocolo.
