La extracción de muestras se permitirá en cualquier tiempo dentro de las horas laborales con intervención aduanera. Si se trata de mercancías respecto de las cuales se hubieren expedido certificados de depósito o bonos de prenda, se someterá a lo que las disposiciones legales sobre la materia estipulen.
