A rtículo 27. Conservación del medio ambiente. Las entidades integrantes del Sistema Nacional Ambiental, SINA, promoverán, a partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, el desarrollo de proyectos, programas y actividades orientados a facilitar el acceso de las Mipymes, a la producción más limpia, la transferencia de tecnologías ambientalmente sanas, y el conocimiento y cumplimiento de las normas de protección y conservación del medio ambiente.
