La Corporación para el Desarrollo Sostenible del Archipiélago de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina (Coralina) impondrá las sanciones a que haya lugar en caso de incumplimiento en lo establecido en la presente ley conforme a la normatividad legal vigente, y en particular a lo dispuesto en la Ley 1333 de 2009 y demás que la adicionen, modifiquen o sustituyan.
