El Superintendente de Industria y Comercio podrá establecer grupos internos de trabajo y distribuirá, mediante acto administrativo, el personal nombrado e incorporado a la planta de personal establecida en este Decreto, de acuerdo con la estructura orgánica, las necesidades del servicio y los planes y programas trazados por la Superintendencia.
