El Ministerio de Transporte diseñará y expedirá al propietario o tenedor del vehículo, una tarjeta de registro de transporte de carga de carácter indefinido a cada vehículo inscrito, la cual lo identificará y le determinará la clase de servicio. El conductor deberá portar permanentemente el original.
