Artículo doce. Las cuentas de cobro presentadas por una empresa y certificadas por su Gerente y Revisor Fiscal, deberán estar fundamentadas en las planillas de despacho de los terminales de ruta, en las cartulinas de control de los vehículos y, en general, en la contabilidad de la empresa. Tales documentos deberán conservarse por el tiempo previsto en el artículo 60 del Código de Comercio.
