Las Direcciones Territoriales de Salud son las encargadas de llevar el Registro de Instituciones prestadoras de Servicios de Salud, para lo cual deben verificar que el objeto social cumpla con los fines del Registro Especial de Instituciones prestadoras de servicios de que trata el artículo 1º literal f) de la Ley 10 de 1990.
