Ejecución de la medida de aislamiento . Ordenar a los gobernadores y alcaldes para que en el marco de sus competencias constitucionales y legales, adopten las instrucciones, actos y órdenes necesarias para la debida ejecución de la medida de aislamiento preventivo obligatorio de todas las personas habitantes de la República de Colombia, ordenada en el artículo anterior.
