Concepto de subsidios de sostenimiento y de matrícula. Entiéndase por subsidio de sostenimiento, la subvención o ayuda proveniente de recursos públicos, que tiene como fin apoyar el cubrimiento de las necesidades básicas de los estudiantes beneficiados.

Entiéndase por subsidio de matrícula, la subvención o ayuda proveniente de recursos públicos para sufragar los gastos de matrícula de los estudiantes beneficiados con el artículo 99 de la Ley 115 de 1994, modificado por el artículo 1° de la Ley 1546 de 2012.
