Ordenación del gasto . Previa autorización del Consejo Directivo, el Jefe del Departamento podrá delegar en el Secretario General del DAS la ordenación del gasto, función que éste cumplirá siguiendo las normas del Decreto 294 de 1973 y la Ley de Presupuesto de los Establecimientos Públicos.
