Funciones De Los Jurados

Decreto 1081 de 2015 · por medio del cual se expide el Decreto Reglamentario Único del Sector Presidencia de la República.

Funciones de los jurados. Son funciones de los jurados de votación las siguientes

Recibir la urna y verificar los documentos y elementos de la mesa de votación.

Instalar la mesa de votación.

Vigilar el proceso de votación.

Verificar la identidad de los votantes.

Realizar el escrutinio de los votos y consignar los resultados en el acta respectiva.

Firmar las actas.

Entregar al Jefe del Área de Recursos Humanos o a quien haga sus veces las actas, los votos y los demás documentos y elementos relativos a la elección. (Decreto 4446 de 2006, artículo 10)
