"Articulo 37. Aviso de cargamentos de exportación. Las agencias de vapores o agentes de naves, deberán dar aviso por escrito a los Administradores por lo menos veinticuatro horas antes de la llegada de la nave en que se despachará un cargamento de exportación. Este, aviso deberá indicar los nombres del consignatario, consignador, marcas, cantidad, etc., de la carga en cuestión. A menos que se llenen todos estos requisitos, los Administradores no tendrán la obligación de hacer el embarque.
