Actos administrativos. Los actos administrativos que realice el Instituto estará sujeto al procedimiento gubernativo contemplado por el Decreto número 2733 de 1959 pero contra los mismos sólo procederá el recurso de reposición, decido el cual se entenderá agotada la vía gubernativa. El recurso de reposición no es obligatorio para el ejercicio de las acciones contencioso administrativas.
