Dentro del presupuesto del Ministerio de Justicia, se constituirá un capitulo especial para dotación y funcionamiento de la Escuela Judicial, sin perjuicio de los recursos propios que ésta pueda obtener como desarrollo de las funciones que le han sido asignadas en el presente Decreto.
