Artículo único. La Zona de Carreteras de Pamplona atendería con la partida que le ha sido asignada a los trabajos que se necesiten con mayor urgencia en la vía Cúcuta-Catatumbo, especialmente a las obras indispensables para el paso del rio Zulia. Comuníquese y publíquese.
