º . Tránsito de vehículos automotores y de transporte marítimo . El Gobernador del departamento Archipiélago de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina, podrá restringir la circulación de vehículos de toda clase, embarcaciones, motocicletas, o de éstas con acompañantes, desde las seis de la tarde del día cuatro (4) de marzo de 2000 hasta las seis de la mañana del día 6 de marzo de 2000, con el objeto de prevenir posibles alteraciones de orden público.
